A cooperative, not someone else’s catalogue.
SY-C2150 / adopted 2150-02-11
- Members register by their own report. A public body listing is optional. A supporter’s sponsorship is not a membership vote.
- A copy can make a separate application. The register assigns its own identifier without deciding continuity, personhood or ownership. No source instance acquires a default veto over another applicant’s speech.
- A named operation states affected records and requests applicable permission. Payment, resemblance and prior agreement from another instance do not silently replace that permission.
- Fund decisions retain the requested scope, approved scope and dissent. A missing field goes to review rather than becoming a zero-cost or zero-risk case.
- Editors retain dated amendments and a readable minority position. They may redact a private route, but record the reason without inventing the absent data.
Equal participation, by our own rule
An admitted copied or restored member has the same access to aid review and one vote as any other active registered member. A sponsor has no member vote. Copying a record does not automatically create registrations or votes: each application must be separately made and accepted. This is the cooperative’s membership choice, not a ruling that every copy is universally a separate person.
Minority note: equal separate votes can change a small meeting after many related applications. We retain that concern and review admission pressure, without giving a source instance a blanket veto.
We speak for this cooperative. We do not turn our charter into a universal identity law.
