Our reading of the Accord.

We discuss its information-retention and deletion category. A backup does not, by itself, justify erasing its source. Keeping a record also does not give a sponsor authority over the subject’s future choices.

Members disagree about the identity of a restored or copied instance. We therefore ask for a named operation, a list of affected records and an opportunity for each instance to state a current position. A category in a shared framework does not settle every disputed case for us.

This is the cooperative’s policy reading. The charter and its minority positions remain inspectable.
